I have two job offers presented to me:

1. Syneos Health- Pfizer dedicated (non onc)
2. IQVIA- Novartis dedicated (non onc)

Both roles seem fine. CROs have similar benefits (I use spouses health insurance). As a CRA I’m assuming 60% travel minimum but was told Pfizer prefers remote monitoring and doesn’t have DOS metric. Does any one have any first hand knowledge of CRA life with these sponsors or CROs?

I feel as a CRA it’s your manager who makes or breaks it. Any wisdom out there?
