I never see any love for Todd! Just wondering if there’s any other big Todd fans out here? In my opinion his first two solo records are up there with the best Pornographers, Destroyer, and Neko records! Carry Me is also one of the best songs ever. I like most of his other stuff too, but in my opinion his stuff is best when he’s on lead vocals. I hope he drops another project at some point where he takes lead for at least most of it. One of my favourite pieces of TNP lore is his involvement in “The Hunted” from that Dinner Party episode of the Office (the episode won an Emmy too!). I feel like he never gets enough credit for that song, it’s so catchy and so good, even if it’s meant to be a joke. The guy has been a steady member since EV and I think he deserves some love for that.
