wtf is that

there are no new messages, no new requests, and no requests marked as "spam" - checked this specifically in full chat window at https://chat.reddit.com

This notification appears in both WWW.reddit.com and OLD.reddit.com. I have clicked "mark all messages as read" but it did not help, I still see 2 (sometimes 4 lol) "new chat messages" each time I refresh the page.

do NOT put customers' email addresses into "From" mail header!

whenever I have to contact any company that uses Zendesk I'm getting DMARC reports from whichever mailer they use that an email was rejected because stupid Zendesk puts my domain into "From" headers and obviously their servers are not listed in my domain's SPF record.
