Has anyone else had this happen? Now had two green garden waste bags nicked from out the front of our home in Lambeth. The first time they had the audacity to tip the garden waste into our recycling bin which was fun as the council then refused to collect it.

Seems a lot of trouble to go to for a mucky plastic bag. Are they selling for hundreds on the black market? Are they the new Trader Joe’s totes? Are people really that desperate to get their grass cuttings collected? Any thoughts welcome….
