A Merlin came into my yard with a bird it had already killed elsewhere and I got to watch it munch on the whole thing, but I couldn't identify it while it was still whole. After the Merlin had completely finished eating and left on its own, I gathered all the tail feathers I could find for identification purposes. I took these photos and then returned them to my yard. Any ideas?
