I was wondering if anyone here has ever reached out to the Ombudsperson’s Office or received help from them of any kind. I kind of need their support with something a bit sensitive that I can't talk about on here but I'd really like to know if anyone here has ever had any experiences with them/if they're at all helpful. I’m not entirely sure what to expect or whether it’s worth pursuing, so I’d really appreciate any insight
