Title pretty much sums it up - Applied for a full time position at UNSW, and the application closed yesterday.
Once submitted it was automatically just "under review". Today I just had quick look and it had already been updated to "under consideration."
Is this just a formality? Seems very fast to have any update in the system whatsoever.
Any insight appreciated.
