Always starting off in a negative environment is this true for others?
TLDR; dreams always start in bedroom with the real tv show playing. But on the other side of the door is always something scary or negative many different worlds. Or sometimes my house but containing scary things. Anyone else experience this?
Hello a little background. Ever since my hospitalization with liver failure I have been consistently having strange loops of projection/lucid dreaming. I post in both sub reddits because the lines have blurred so much for me. I always start in a copy of my bedroom usually the tv is playing whatever YouTube video I fell asleep to or it’s moved onto the next in the playlist (watch history matches) I can barely move but make my way to the bedroom door when it becomes easy to move.
The terrible part… I never know what will be on the other side of that door and it is often times terrifying. If not it is negative/unsettling in nature. Sometimes it’s my hallway or a copy of my house but there will be strange people/humanoid things for lack of a better term. Other times it’s an entire different building.
Tonight as I type this I went through this loop three times. Bedroom, into a world/area then transfer myself somewhere more positive or at least just weird. Once was a labyrinth of corridors with doors on either side and things trying to pull me back or into the rooms. I escaped outside and was able to change the environment. I can’t change it to what I want I just say I want to fly away I do this intentionally. Most of the times I fall backwards instead which is weird and will end up in a new area
The second time I opened the door and was in a literal clown house. Weird clowns running around thousands of paintings of clowns. I was jumping from painting to painting hanging on trying to get out.
Something odd about tonight also is. The dream character seemed to know I was out of place. In one I was trying to hit on this woman and asked if I could make her a drink. She wanted hot chocolate. And said “I’m going to help you with this because I know you’re not from here” she drank it weird lol.
The other was a group of guys and I said something ong the lines of “so where are we im from a place called earth” one guy was like “guys we cant tell him or they will know we did and he isn’t meant to know” the other guy told me they track dreamers and its regulated??? I don’t know 🤷♂️
Ps sorry this is jumbled it’s 4am I just woke up and as always I’m extremely unsettled :/
