What welding method do you prefer for industrial pipeline projects — TIG, MIG, or Arc welding?
Recently worked on an industrial pipeline fabrication project and realized how much difference proper welding quality makes in long-term maintenance.
A lot of people focus only on material quality, but poor pipeline welding can lead to:
- leakage issues
- pressure failures
- corrosion problems
- higher maintenance costs later
We used stainless steel fabrication with TIG welding for cleaner joints and better durability, especially for industrial processing applications.
One thing I’ve noticed in fabrication projects is that precision during pipeline alignment and welding inspection saves a huge amount of downtime later.
