Hi!

So we're renting and landlord says it's ok to renovate so long as it's out of our pocket.

This bathroom has some issues+unpleasant tignan (hirap tumae-- kidding aside) and I really want it fully changed, and add a lavatory kasi tinanggal ung old.

Ngayon, magkano kaya aabutin (materials+labor)? First time ko magpapagawa so I have 0 knowledge.

Also how long ang downtime? Syempre need din namin gumamit ng CR/bathroom.
