Ser Alfred was acting weird in those council meetings. Lots of red flags yet Rhaenyra ignored all of them. Daemon too, Alfred told him to be king and Daemon just smiled and walked away. How could Rhaenyra and Daemon fail to see the traitor among them? Rhaenys kinda felt something was wrong with the guy but she didn’t pursue it. Now I wish the men Rhaenyra sent to protect him had just cut him into pieces.
