Hello is there is any peptide which could help with acne?

Hello everyone from a few weeks ( after my nose job surgery) I struggle with acne, most of the time it’s acne on my chin, any ideas how to get rid of it? It started from a small pimples and it went to cystic acne 😭

My skin care is very sensitive and smart, I spoke with dermatologist they gave me famous antibiotics but I prefer to wait because I’ve been on it a few years ago and it helped only the time when I took it
