So it's been more than 20 days for my stipend payment and the CTO just keeps pressuring me to do more work. I am handling app, webapp and backend all at once. I used to just listen and let it go, like okay I can take it from one ear and remove from the other but I have worked from 10 am to 3 am at nights without going anywhere. Just doing work for 2 months, I haven't gone out for more than 30 mins because I would get a call that this thing needed to be done. I did everything and now when it's their time to pay me I need to understand why? Do I need to understand when they didn't? Should I take this step? It's a remote job with the company in another state so I don't even know what to do next.
