Hi Everyone ,

Bit of history

•Diagnosed 2019
•Hospital made a fuck up if first immunosuppressant (inflixmab) caused relapse.
•Surgery 2019( small intestine resection approx 35cm/appendix / bile duct removed)
•Inflammation on surgical site 6 weeks post op.
• Failed all other immunosuppressants due to side effects
•No stoma

Currently on no medication (my choice as I felt so unwell on vedoluzimab) . In remission due to good eating and some weed usage .

However I feel I need more of a kick I suffer with CFS / CJI.

Recent blood tests show all vitamin levels are good but I’ve heard some noise around Vitamin B1 to help with chronic fatigue and for some reason the hospital don’t test for this ?

Suppose my question is what vitamins are people taking .

I currently just take vitamin b12/D and centrum men’s advanced .
