Random piece on floor of car?

Does anybody know what this piece is for? I know it’s from my fuse box but I’m not sure how it ended up on the floor of the car

So my check engine light came on a few days ago and I went to autozone and they told me that it’s the turbocharger intercooler, I have to drive 25 minutes to and from work Monday-Friday, does anyone know if it’ll be okay to drive it for the week until I can get it to a shop?? Or should I avoid?? The car has been running fine, driving fine etc
