I’m 21 and I work full time in makeup! I’m looking to move back to Richmond in August for school part time and need a studio or one bedroom under $850 including utilities. I know this is a tough ask, but i’ve seen things like this come up! does anyone know and private landlords or property management groups that offer apartments in this range?

I’d consider moving into an open room, as long as you’re comfortable with a cat and small dog.
