Looking for lgbtq+ friendly roommate
Hi everyone, me and my roommates are trying to find a 4th roommate for the next year. All of my current roommates and I are lgbtq+ in some way and would like to have a roommate who is either also lgbtq+ or is comfortable with having roommates who are. Here’s some details about our place:
- $750 per month, utilities included
- Lease term is 8/1/26 through 7/31/27
- Address is 203 Kelly Rd, Clemson, 29631
- 4 bed, 4 bath
- Fully furnished
- In-unit washer and dryer
- We live on the top floor with a private balcony
- 5 minute drive to campus and a 30 minute walk, also located on the gold bus route
- One of my roommates does have a cat, but she is the friendliest and sweetest thing ever. Said roommate also cleans super well so our apartment has zero cat smell of any kind if that’s a concern
