Making some new swill, banana for scale

Left: sweet and sour mix from chilis bc they were discontinuing the margarita they used it for and we’re gonna bin it.
Right: pineapple melon and honeydew thats been sitting in my fridge for 2+ weeks
Pitched ec-1118 and yeast nutrient. no added sugar
Without using a gravimeter I expect L does around 7% and R does around 10-14%, roughly 3 lbs fruit.
May dry hop the sweet and sour mix with lemon drop hops if I feel like it.
Once again, banana for scale

Does anyone have any recommendations for how to deal with the stage two? Im struggling with dodging the combination of slash and magic, and keep getting swept.
