as we know this friday was trading holiday so I tried placing withdrawal request on thursday itself but it was auto failing every time. After several tries I was able to make instant request of 2 lac and remaining as normal withdrawal. Then at night time I came to know that the transaction has failed and "successfully refunded back to my groww wallet". when I contacted their support agents they were initially blaming it on my bank saying IFSC was mismatch or that my bank rejected the money due to suspicious activity or something and sent it back. then when I contacted my bank they said they did not do it.
Only after that did groww accept that their bank was responsible. and I believe that even their bank wasn't responsible as they probably haven't even sent the money and want to keep it for 5 days extra.
They probably intentionally failed this as they wanted to make intererest or loan it out to third party or to MTF clients.
This is problametic and I have lost faith and trust in this broker. I'll be switching brokers soon.
Even after telling them that I would go to consumer court for deficiency of service of delayed payment they haven't manually returned my money to me and are enjoying its interest. They are also not ready to give any compensation for interest loss.
