My wife and I are L2 speakers of Spanish. I am B2 academically learned and she's like A1 3rd Gen. (our families are both from Mexico originally but now we're in the US) She told me today cansado can be used for women to describe thrmselves. I have never heard this and I couldn't find anything about it. Is this like an estadounidense dialect thing? Could this be like passed down Spanish that mutated?

Edit: she told me this is how the women in her family say it.

Edit 2: guys I know traditionally it's cansada. That's not the question. Asking redditors to read challenge fr.
