Worcestershire sauce/Soy sauce in oxtail
My gf and her mom (Jamaican and Jamaican American) told me that Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce were weird to use for my oxtail marinade, but I see so many recipes online that include it in the prep. Does it enhance the flavor of the meat or should I skip it?
