I am going through a large inherited coin collection, and I was excited about this Walking Liberty and more excited about the “uncirculated” on the card. But to my learning eye, it looked worn. We have other uncirculated coins, and the details are crisp. But it was under two layers of plastic. I took it out, and there are clear scratches. To me, it looks circulated and worn.
I am still happy to have her in the collection. I would love others’ thoughts.

Hello everyone,

My son and I inherited these masks from an estate. I think they are extraordinary and I love them but I have not been able to find any information about them.

They are large between 24 inches and 40 inches and look like they were used and worn.

I wound appreciate any information and resources do I can find further research.

. Thanks!

My son and I inherited a large collection of Australian coins. We are in the US. My husband was from Geelong in Victoria.

It’s been fun going through them and learning about the different coins. We have some silver proofs, lots of proofs from the 70s/80s, and some from the early 90s. He liked to get multiples of the proofs from each year.

We do have a 1923 half penny. No 1930 penny. He did have a penny in that slot facing the wrong way. I held my breath when I popped it out, but no joy. I think he wanted to see the album filled because some of the coins aren’t the right variations in the slots.

I love the Penny and half penny albums. He got them when he was ten. I know he must have had fun filling them.

I would love any insight on what proof years are more significant. And resources we can use for research.
