Hey everyone,

My fiancée and I are moving to Boulder this Fall as she’ll be starting her Master’s at CU Boulder. We’re looking for a 1B/1B or 2B/2B apartment with a budget around $2,000/month.

Preferences:
- Commute: ideally close to campus or within ~30 mins by bus
- Move-in: July last week or August first week
- Parking: Yes (Preferably garage/covered)
- No pets

We’re open to nearby areas as well if commute is reasonable.

Would really appreciate:
- Apartment/community recommendations
- Good property management companies to check (or avoid)
- Areas/neighborhoods you’d recommend (or avoid)
