[Academic] Hi there- this is short, anonymous, and for a college research essay.

Here is my survey link - I would appreciate responses from anybody who has been diagnosed with POTS/Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, or strongly suspects that they have POTS with reason to believe so. If you don’t have POTS but you know someone who does please feel free to send this to them and let them know how much I would appreciate their response.
