If you get rejected from pharmacy program at ulaval or udem is it better to do a masters, another bachelor or DESS to apply again the next year ??

I want to apply in pharmacy next year but not sure if my gpa is gpa is good enough (3.53/4), I would still like to continue to apply for it afterwards what should I do in the mean time with this degree????
