Usually we hear the alarm the first Saturday of every month at 1pm.

Did anyone just hear it go off? Is it because of the storm about to come?

Has anyone gotten a water bill this high before?

We haven't had any leaks or flooding from our pipes.

Its usually around $100 monthly.

I tried calling the water department but their hours are closed.

Can anyone give me advice on how to proceed.

This is beyond scary.
