I'm building a PC with an Ultra 5 245KF and was considering buying a cooler, but I found the RP 130 Ultra and the PS120. I'm really interested in knowing the performance difference between the two. Is there enough of a difference to justify the price? I live in a very hot area with days up to 40°C, so I'm very concerned about avoiding thermal throttling.
The Pretor is about 73 dollars
And the PS is about 45 dollars
