VKB Gladiator Nxt Evo cord requirement

Hey guys I am considering buying a full setup from Facebook Marketplace. Brand new to flight sim gear though and I have a few questions. What are some things I should check when I get there before I buy them or is there really no way to confirm everything is in working order outside of using them with your pc? Also the post appears to just show 1 power cord, do you need two separate power cords one for each stick or is there some form of spliced connection? If not and I need an additional cord where can I purchase one?

Images are below thanks for the help

ADP Final Interview

Hey everyone quick question im flying out on my own dime for the final interview. How hard is it to land the job at this stage? Do I have a solid chance or am I going to be one of a hundred finalists, just curious because its not cheap to fly out for a job I have a small chance at getting.

This is for the Small Business Pay roll

Hey guys I am trying to decide between sale jobs. What is the realistic OTE with ADPs entry outside sale role. My base is going to be 50k if I work hard can I see 80k?

I have heard mixed things some say expect 8k commission for the year 1 then 15k year 2. I have another job opportunity that doesnt offer commission but my salary with bonus is gonna be 74k.

Hey guys I am flying out for ADPs final interview, it is going to be a 8:30am roleplay until 9:30am then a field ride until 1 pm. Just curious if anyone has experience with it and has any advice on how best to prepare.

Also was wondering if you guys would recommend full suit/tie. I normally always dress to impress in that regard for interviews but I wasnt sure what I should wear since most of the day is in the field.

I am going into final interviews for a stealth startup in the AI space. Would love advice and if others could share their experience.

I also wanted to see recommendations when it comes to comp. They asked me and I wasnt entirely prepared so I said 60k which is the base at the other roles im interviewing with. She said that is doable feel like there is definitely room for negotiation. I dont have direct sales experience so I dont have that to leverage but would love to either get additional base or equity due to their comp plan being Q bonus based rather than a commission structure.

Hey everyone I need some solid advice, really stuck on which direction to pursue. I have busted my ass to get to where im at with these interviews and now I dont know which company to go with. I am 2 years out of college looking to transition into sales. My goals are the best development program and the best comp plan (That is actually attainable).

ADP Small Business Rep-50k base 10% commission OTE 85k (Ideal location)

Paychex Channel Sales Associate-51k base 75-85k OTE (Established territory KPI is relationship maintaining/building rather than cold calls and door knocking)

Keyence Tech Sales Rep- 60k base 80-100k OTE depending on territory.

Non sales role

Purchasing Agent-65k base 15% bonus structure (Safe set salary but not sales and no option to get after it and make great money)

Hey guys does anyone know anything about FIS University and their sales development program? It is a 2 year program with a base salary in Florida for FIS which is Fintech. I currently work in finance looking to transition into sales and felt like this role could be good experience with a decent salary.
