I wanted to have the shower pushed up against glass, but the space between the shower and vanity just seems cramped and gross?

I need:
• 1 Tub shower
• 1 Toilet
• 1 Vanity

How would you guys do it?

I may also need wet wall(s), all of the walls are either CLT or Masonry.
