



A few months back I posted about my awful RXPros custom service experience: every single 3mo. prescription refill was a fight of several days, even though I paid a year in advance. I have an annual membership with them for their Tirzepatide medication. My membership renews June 6. I have tried multiple times to find out if I qualify for the new pricing that they are advertising everywhere. Looks like I don’t. They want to keep me at the old pricing. Here’s the proof. I have canceled my membership with them.
