Tomorrow with the release of SoS the game will generate enough daily quests to fill all three slots. If you have any remaining undone, that is one less that will be created, leading to less money.

Amounts to at least 500 gold lost for each Daily Quest left undone.

You will also get your Weekly Quests back, so don't have to worry about losing XP needed for the Strixhaven mastery pass.

I believe you have about ten hours to get them all done. Good luck.

When the Mastery Set changes for Strixhaven on Tuesday, your weekly quests will reset and you will get three new Daily Quests.

The daily quests are the ones that give either 500 or 750 gold. Any not completed when the Mastery Pass ends is basically just lost money.

You can see how much time you have to complete them by clicking on the Mastery Pass button, and seeing how long you have until it ends.
