Hi I recently bought a proart px16: rtx 5070ti, 2tb, 32gig ram, AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 W/ Radeon 890M, Windows 11.
I have had several issues since day one including: black screen crashes I believe due to graphics card. Continous rendering of GPU in lightroom classic. Stalling just typing on a browser and switvhing between browser and another program light LRC or Spotify.
I have reinstalled all the drives clean.
Turned Hags on and off still happening.
Reinstalled LRC, optimised with GPU, cleared cache, gave 100 gig memory.
Optimised in nividia control panel and App.
Unistalled Asus bloat: all but dial pad, MyAsus and Proart creator hub.
Optimised Battery, gave 8 gig memory allocated to GPU.
Set to discreet GPU and normal on Proart Creator hub, also optimised.
Allowed LRC on avast free and windows security.
On AMD software disabled vari-bright, GPU scaling, OLED power optimization.
Currently at my whits-end, had issues with px13 with rtx4060 whixh I returned. Is there something I have missed, any support is appreciated. Thanks.
