What do you guys actually use services like Splice or wavs for?

I'm 14, been making trap beats for 2 years. I use Splice sometimes but honestly it feels like it was built for sync placements more than for trap producers. The library is huge but finding something that doesn't sound like it's already common is difficult.

I've been thinking about making my own service and I genuinely want to understand what producers actually need from a service like this?

  • What do you actually use Splice for?
  • Do you upload your loops to splice or any other website? And do you get paid for it
  • If something better existed, what would make you actually open it instead of Splice out of habit?
