Does anybody know who these guys are? Do they exclusively work for Sports Interactive or how does it work? I started a women career with my favorite club "Werder Bremen" back in November`25, so i found a young talented girl named Erica Meg Parkinson, never ever heard of her club or herself around that time, but she was really talented and got an absolute star in my squad in season 28/29, no picture in profile, i thought it was a random or something, but now i see all over the news she got nominated for the english squad, watched some Youtube and yeah seems like she is the real deal.
So even in the women divisions it seems like they got scouts that are doing GREAT work.
Just wanted to share that, this game has a lot of problems IMO, but their scouts and data is just insane!
