Are there any Cozy fantasy that follow Magical Healers?

The closest I know is "Parallel World Pharmacy" and "The Isekai Doctor".

Old manga search. I'm looking for a manga where after things get a certain age they float away.

I seem to remember that the world was broken into chunks in the sky and the way to travel between them was single engine planes. I read it on mangafox sometime between 2007 and 2012.
