This is on an open box deal I got on Facebook Marketplace. Griddle is brand new as far as I can tell although the propane related components was completely disassembled (compared to the manual pictures at least). Figured the burners were brand new and clear but I took a thick pipe cleaner out and cleaned them again just to be sure of webs, etc.

The dials don't seem to do anything. Once lit, the burners are in fireball mode or completely disappear when cranked to Low.

I also tried disconnecting the tank and following the directions on clearing the regulator (wait 30s, attach, slowly turn). No luck. I did find a washer and one other piece loose in the box, not sure if they're related but will post a pic of them as a comment.
