I received my first Blackstone this last Christmas and have been cooking on it ever since. I did have trouble finding setups for the 17 and 22 inch griddles, and over the past several months have been compiling pieces of equipment.
The stainless steel table is something I highly recommend for everyone. Mine is 5 feet long and comfortably fits the 22 inch easily. It’s easy to clean, doesn’t get hot from residual heat, and has plenty of space for food and supplies.
I use the metal third pan for dirty utensils, a sheet pan to put clean utensils, and a caddy to transport oil/water/seasoning.
The shelf at the bottom holds cleaning supplies, apron, and propane tank.
I hope this helps and inspires people with smaller griddles.
