Last week I had an episode where I ate some shitty food, went to an appointment and while waiting my face got really hot, and at the appointment my BP was high. of course this led to anxiety and such and just an awful evening.

Well today I felt fine, was at work and eating peanuts and some water. I then ate some Greek yogurt and within minutes I felt ”tingle” pulses through my body. then I was shaking, hands and arms went tingly and I got lightheaded/dizzy.

i thought it was another anxiety attack, but the anxiety attacks I’ve had in years past were always just chest thumping and panic. this was like I just felt horrid and thought maybe heart attack or stroke. But after 40 minutes it calmed down. I also pissed an insane amount. my blood sugar was fine, heart rate was normal as well.

But I am feeling the after effects pretty rough. I would like to add I tried tirzepatide last September and had an extreme bout of side effects and stopped it after a month.

I believe I'm having some Histamine issues exorbated after a GLP shot last year. I can eat yogurt or like an ice cream sandwich and I get these weird "attacks". Anxiety, shaking, hot/flush face. It's super weird. The other day my hands got tingly, I got light headed, it was terrible!

Here recently my BP has been slightly elevated, but like once a week I have a “attack” my BP shoots up, extremities get tingly, light headed, chest shaking etc. everytime I have went to the ER EKG’s come back fine, blood work is good. But damn they sure don’t feel fine. Chest gets tight but never any pain or shortness of breath. My severe attacks used to be super dizzy and heart beating out of my chest. Then hours later after a xan I feel better. If it was a heart attack or stroke surely I’d know be now?

Getting into bikes and want something for trails that can also get on the pavement. I like the smaller size for “nimbleness”. But I’m also 6’1 300. Not doing insane crazy off roading but fun trails with the occasional obstacles.

Just looking for advice!
