This was after cooking, spraying with water and scraping, and then oil and wipe down with paper towel.
2nd pic is what I just cooked.
Got this thing like 2 months ago brand new, cooked on it maybe 6 times. After every cook I spray it with water and scrape, until the water is no longer mostly brown. Then a bit of vegetable oil and wipe it down, wait for it to cool down, and put the lid back on it.
The original box said it was pre seasoned, but I still did like 2 or 3 layers of vegetable oil.
