Apologies if this has been discussed before.

I've paid for one year's subscription for Smart Launcher. I really like it and would like to pay for a lifetime subscription when the lifetime subscription is on reduced sale price.

Any advice on how I can be notified of the sale period and how to switch from annual to lifetime subscription?
