Is there a keyboard shortcut to switch from gaming mode to desktop mode?

How would I go about cloning my existing 2tb bazzite nvme to another 2tb nvme? My current verbatim nvme has issues with bazzite and sleep mode, and I've just bought a crucial nvme to replace it.

How would I go about dual booting windows and bazzite using 2 nvme drives (one for windows, one for bazzite) and a separate shared drive for steam games? I have a 14600k, 32gb ddr4 and a 4079 super (I know, it's better with AMD but money's tight and this is all I have)

I'm currently running windows using a 2 monitor setup (well ones actually my lg oled c1, with a long ass hdmi 2.1 fibre cable running round my living room to the TV). Ideally when I want to play on TV, I want to boot into bazzite game mode and kick back and play on the sofa using my 8bitdo ultimate 2c controller.
