I need to activate my Hyperwallet. Got an activation email and now I need to type in my Pay Portal ID. What is a Pay Portal ID (I tried googling, I still don't know)? Where do I find it?
I thought it might just be the email I use to log in to cults as well as my Cults name but that is not it. Tried some other stuff that made sense to me. And now I have 1 try left over before something happens.
(Honestly, I don't even know what "Pay Portal" is? I thought it might be referring to the portal that uses hyperwallet to pay people. Which would be cults. Hence me trying my cults Email/Username. It's not Hyperwallet because "Pay Portal will create a Hyperwallet account on your behalf. Once created, an email will be sent to you with a link you can use to begin the activation process." It's also not its own company because 15 different things show up when you google "Pay Portal". Please, someone tell me that I am just dumb and overthinking this? Is this a language barrier? How did you all figure this out without issues?)
I would contact hyperwallet support. But I can't. I have to log in to do so. I have to activate my account in order to log in. I would contact cults support but they say to reach out to hyperwallet with hyperwallet issues. So here I am, asking the internet.
What happens if I don't activate my account? Does the money bounce back or is it just lost in the void? At this point I'd much rather try the other payout method than interacting with hyperwallet ever again. But it's not worth the 90€ I tried to send myself.
I clicked through the lengthy FAQ section on hyperwallet and it answered none of my questions.
I am not really the type of person to ask for help unless I feel like I am totally lost. But with this I am totally lost. FAQ not helpful, google not helpful and I only have a limited amount of tries before something happens. And I don't even know what will happen if my last try fails.
