Unknown plate/tab preventing slide from going back on and trigger is a bit spongey

Just as the title describes. Im taking it to a gunsmith i guess tomorrow but I really feel like its something I can fix any info about what this part is and why it won't let my slide go back on

I upgraded my p365 to an XL Grip from Wilson combot and changed the magazine base plates for aluminum ones from NDZ performance. Also finally got my IWB holster from VedderHolsters and it is absolutely perfect clean easy draw no hang ups. Picked up a Nitecore EDC29 for my defense/utility light goes up to 6500 lumens. And still have my CRKT Provoke pocket karambit.
