30” Hedge Trimmer power cutting out intermittently
I’ve only used my 30” Milwaukee hedge trimmer a couple of times since I bought it last year. I tried using it today for the first time this year and the power is cutting out intermittently. It works for a minute or so and then will stop without even cutting anything. I’ve tried releasing the trigger and trigger lock and starting over again and sometimes it will start again for maybe less than a minute, and then it stops again. I’ve tried removing and reseating the battery and I’ve tried 2 other batteries and still does the same thing. It’s not overheating because I haven’t been able to keep it running long enough to be able to overheat. Anyone have any ideas on what may be causing it and how I can fix it? I bought it new April of last year so of course, it’s no longer under warranty. I’ve had good luck with my other Milwaukee tools, but this hedge trimmer has been a disappointment.
