i had psoraisis as long as i remember, dealt with it as i could in contact with my dermatologist. Last few months i started to use help from other (paid) dermatologists and i was prescribed a protopic for my face as (i believe) a softer way to deal with psoriasis on my face. for my psoriasis on my head i was prescribed a betacal. Also I was prescribed a acnelec which was the start of my problems with eczema, before it i didn’t have any problems. I’m not sure if it was connected because eczema started to appear under my eyes and i’ve been using acnelec around mouth, my forehead and beard. I was not told that it could worsen my eczema which i learnt empirically :,). I have a appoyiment with my dermatologist soon but i’m hopeless, i’m using lotion, using protopic for the rash but it is short time solution. From time to time i have a day that i have pretty much clean skin but it comes back pretty fast. Any suggestions on the diet and lifestyle to treat it?
