My fiancé and I are looking for a 2 or 3BR in Williamsburg / Greenpoint in 10 min walking distance of the Bedford L. Open to lease takeover or signing new lease. Easy tenants (can get referral) with excellent credit. No guarantor.

Budget: up to $7500.
Move-in: flexible from June 15 through September 1.
