Started with a simple frustration: I was sending myself 10 messages a day and could never find anything again.

Built Mosaik with Lovable in 2 weeks, a chat where you send yourself everything and ask it back with AI.

No folders, no organizing, just plain language search.

Biggest challenge was getting the AI retrieval to feel instant and natural. Lovable made the frontend surprisingly fast to iterate on.
