I don’t really care if it’s gaming or not i just want it to be able to run fl studio smoothly because i make music

i currently have
Veno Scorp Optiplex Intel i5 2400 16GB RAM 512GB NGFF SSD WiFi Windows 11 Desktop PC 21.5-inch V100 Computer Bundle (Renewed)

but its really slow , crackles and lags a lot and has audio issues it doesn’t really run well at all

any help would be much appreciated
