How to download all my photos to my phone with the right dates

When I transferred my data from my old phone a lot of my pictures didn't download onto my new phone as on my old phone the storage was so low it kinda undownloaded the pictures from my gallery so when I transferred it didn't send.

I tried to download all my photos from google photos but a lot of them just downloaded randomly and now all my photos and videos are completely out of order and on random dates. I thought maybe because I downloaded it all at once it didn't work so I decided ill try to do it a little at a time but I noticed some of my pictures have the option to download and some don't for some reason? I know people say use google takeout for this but I really want these pictures to be downloaded on the right dates onto my gallery and google takeout apparently doesn't do that. What should I do?

My family just recently came into possession of two cockateils. Our family member who was keeping it gave it to us for a week to birdsit but then asked if we would be able to either keep them or give them away due to health problems and I think we're going to keep them. We're looking for a bigger cage since their cage seems small and they seem so bored. The bucket is currently working as some kind of nest.

I wanted to ask how do you get them to trust you and leave the cage too like what steps do you need to take to build their trust? They get scared when we open the cage to give food or anything and go to the top. If we do let them out of the cage can we train them so they don't poop everywhere? know it's natural and bound to happen but it would be best to minimise it as much as possible.

It's a male and female bird and I think they're trying to lay eggs. They had previously laid some a few weeks ago but I think she didn't sit on them enough or something and they didn't hatch. How would we go about keeping care of their babies if it does come to that? We ordered them a wooden nest thing online to attach to their cage but it's not here yet.

Any advice on anything would be really appreciated. I would like to learn as much as possible about them so please feel free to give advice on food, toys, cages, nesting, comfortability or anything you might feel is necessary
