"Hi everyone! I'm a european student and I'm doing a school project on American stereotypes. One thing Europeans often believe is that American education is easier or less rigorous than European schooling — but I'm not sure that's actually true.

So my question is: do you think American students learn less than European students, or do you just learn things differently? For example, I've heard that high school in the US is broader but less deep, while college is where the real specialization happens. Is that accurate from your experience?
